Student Printing
As a UNC Kenan-Flagler student, you have access to Carolina Print Hub (formerly CCI) Color and Black and White printers.The Carolina Print Hub printers are available throughout UNC campus, including the McColl Building. To use the printers you must be connected to the Eduroam wireless network.
If you need a printing credit refund, please contact the OneCard office at 919-962-8024.

Carolina Print Hub Printing
Carolina Print Hub software installation:https://software.sites.unc.edu/shareware/#c
- Sign in with your UNC-CH Onyen username and Onyen passphrase
- Download and install the driver onto your machine
- Restart your machine to ensure the driver connects
- Watch for Pharos pop-up, enter your Onyen username and job description

Where are all the printers located?
Carolina Print Hub:
- 1st Floor: Color and b/w Printers at the Cafe McColl
- 2nd Floor: b/w Outside of Classroom 2600
- 3rd Floor: b/w McColl Lobby
How much print credit do I receive?
UNC Kenan-Flagler student print credits by program. Printing is $0.10 per page ($0.20 per sheet of paper if duplex printing) for black & white. Printing is $0.20 per page ($0.40 per sheet of paper if duplex printing) for color.
UNC Kenan-Flagler students also receive main campus CCI print credits just like every other UNC student. These print credits can only be used at CCI Printers. UNC students receive $40 in the Spring semester and $40 in the Fall semester. See the help.unc.edu article on CCI printing for more information.

How do I add money to my card?
You can load money onto your One Card Expense account at the Tarheel Teller using cash. It is located near the printers in the back of Cafe McColl and it adds money to your Expense account. You can also add money to your Expense account on the One Card website using MasterCard. Just select Add Funds.You can also add funds to your Carolina Convenience account at the following site, as well as get further details and support: https://onecard.unc.edu/card-management/
I just put money on my card, why isn't it showing when I try to print?
You must use all available funds on your card before any money you have added will be used.The balance must be down to $0.00 before you can use any added Expense Account funds.
How do I print single-sided pages?
UNC does its best to reduce paper waste and promote a green environment. All student printers are set to duplex by default. If you do not want to print duplex, you will need to follow the instructions below. Duplex will remain the default setting, so you will need to complete these steps every time you want to print single sided.The steps below are for Microsoft Office programs but other programs will have similar settings within their print options.
- Click the File tab and click on the Print button
- Make sure the correct printer is selected and then click on the option that says Print on Both Sides
- You can change the setting to Print One Sided and then print your document.
